Hardley a Sunday Run

Sunday running by email

(if only it were that easy !!)

 

 

Hi all

 

Most of you know that a group of us meet up at a location in the New Forest for a Sunday run (when not competing in an organised event).

 

For our "newer" members, its always a forest location with an 8.30 am start time, usually wet and/or muddy (but not on purpose!) and approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours of steady running.

 

I am in the process of updating my Sunday runs address book and would be grateful if you can confirm whether you would like notification of these runs by email.   Even if you can't make every one you are always welcome to join us.   Please telephone me on 023 80 842110 and I will add your email to my address book.
